1) Do we do customization ?

2) How long does it take for us to ship the products ?

All our products are made only on order. We usually take 7-10 days to ship the products to you.

3) Do we accept returns?

We usually don't entertain returns. However, if you have received the product in a bad condition from our end then we do replace it for you. The customer has to bear the shipping charges for sending the products back to us along with a proof of damage in terms of the product.

4) Do we make refunds?

NO, we strictly do not entertain cancellation of orders or refunds. Products once ordered are considered sold from our end.
